Fracture parameter orthogonal optimization and analysis of marine low-permeability horizontal wells

Abstract:The application of horizontal wells in low permeability reservoirs development is very wide, and when fracturing of horizontal wells, only reasonable choice of parameters can obtain the optimum increasing effects.In this paper, the use of orthogonal experiment method to optimize the fracture parameters of horizontal wells is necessary. And in numerical simulation model the application of threshold pressure accurately reflects the characteristics of low- permeability oilfield, since it can instead the start-up pressure gradient. Through the range analysis of cumulative oil production of different experimental program, obtain the primary and secondary relations of different fracture parameters on the cumulative impact when well is fractured. The order is: the number of fractures, the length of the horizontal, the location of horizontal wells, fracture length. The optimal level values of each factor are: number of fractures is 5, the horizontal length is 600m, the location of horizontal wells is the third layer, crack length is 240m.
