Abstract:To aim at the domestic refined oil product market competition, combining with the characteristics of refined oil product market for CNPC, this paper proposed refined oil product market competition strategy guarantee countermeasures consisting of growing capacity, learning ability, executive ability, knowledge power, innovation power, flexible force, trends forces, financial winning and transcend forces, and selected five refined oil product sales enterprises to carry out the sampling investigation and empirical analysis. The researches show that refined oil products market competition strategy guarantee countermeasures are sorted and analyzed from the importance, effectiveness and urgency will contribute to refined oil products sales enterprise decision makers making judgment and choice.
