Abstract:CO2-rich gas in the low-temperature separation technology for processing, easily lead to the gas processing plants CO2 frozen block, cause the device to stop or even damage to the equipment affected the normal production unit. Select the PR equation, Hysys simulation software,for Liquid Subcooled process, Gas Subcooled process, the Recycle Split-Vapor process, Recycle Split-Vapor with Enrichment process, adding antifreeze this five kinds of process fluid distribution in the demethanizer plate, methane yield, and energy consumption were analyzed in order to seek better technology to solve the light hydrocarbon recovery of the frozen block problem in CO2-rich natural gas. Available through a comprehensive analysis of the residual gas recirculation technology and the residual gas is enriched in the recycling process better performance. It is more effective in dealing with the freezing process of CO2-rich gas.
