Abstract:In Crassus Kita gas field production test project's Kela-2 central processing plant, found a rare phenomenon in the separation process of the three-phase separator: the condensate with ethylene glycol seriously emulsified and difficult to separate, which seriously affected the condensate and glycol recycling. After field investigation and laboratory analysis proved emulsified phenomenon has nothing to do with the chemicals.
